Fees for the installation from the main to the curb lines, hereafter provided, shall be at the cost of said installation to the city. For purposes hereof, costs shall include, but be limited to, material costs, labor costs, equipment costs and rental fees. For all services larger than two inches (2"), the charge will be the actual costs thereof complete in place, plus fifteen percent (15%) for supervision, tools and machinery furnished in performance thereof. When services are laid under pavement, an additional charge shall be made to cover costs of cutting, repairing and replacing the pavement. (2010 Code § 19-5)
