A. Application: Any person desiring to have a premises connected with the water supply system of the city shall make application therefor at the city clerk's office upon a form to be furnished for that purpose. The application shall contain the description of the premises where such water is to be used and shall be signed by the person desiring water service, or by his duly authorized agent, and shall be filed in the city clerk's office. B. New Service Fee: The city shall, at the time of the making of said application, charge a new service fee as established by resolution of the city commission, which fee shall be for the costs of connecting said consumer water service. (2010 Code § 19-3; amd. 2012 Code)
