Where buildings or premises are occupied by more than one customer, the city will set as many meters as there are separate applications for service, and will connect the meters to one service, providing the service is large enough to furnish an ample supply for all customers. Distribution lines for the building or premises shall be so arranged as to permit the installation of meters adjacent to each other. (2010 Code § 19-61)
