A. Violation Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate, neglect or refuse to comply with any regulation, requirement or provisions contained within this chapter. (2010 Code § 17-19)
B. Misdemeanor: Any person, firm or corporation who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with any regulation, requirement or provision of this chapter is hereby deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. For purposes hereof, each day said violation continues may be determined as a separate offense hereunder. (2010 Code § 17-19; amd. 2012 Code)
