6-18-5: PARKING TIME LIMITS MAY BE ESTABLISHED; PROHIBITIONS:
A.   Authority: The city manager is hereby authorized to establish parking time limits, or to prohibit parking, on designated streets and parts of streets by having appropriate signs placed thereon.
B.   Violation Prohibited: When such signs are in place, it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in violation thereof. (Ord. 430, 2-10-2015)
