5-4-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each violation committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (2010 Code § 7-19; amd. 2012 Code)
