5-4-5: QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT AND LICENSEE:
No licensee, applicant or owner shall have been convicted of a felony or of violating any of the firearm laws of the United States or the state, or any other state, within two (2) years immediately preceding the date of application. (2010 Code § 7-15)
