5-2-6: SECRETARY-TREASURER:
One member elected by the fire department may be secretary- treasurer. His/her duties shall consist of the following:
A.   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
B.   Keeping the minutes of each meeting;
C.   Collecting any money due to the department by the members. (2010 Code § 1-41)
