5-2-5: COMPANY OFFICERS:
The company officers shall be selected upon their ability to meet the following requirements:
A.   Their knowledge of firefighting;
B.   Their ability to lead members;
C.   Their knowledge of firefighting equipment. (2010 Code § 1-40)
