A. Established: A police reserve is hereby established to augment the regular police department in the event of an emergency or disaster, or at other times as deemed necessary or directed by the chief of police.
B. Policies, Rules And Regulations: All members of the police reserve will be subject to the policies, rules and regulations established for the police reserve by the city commission.
C. Additional Rules And Regulations: The city commission may make and publish such additional rules and regulations consistent with this chapter and as may be necessary for its implementation. (2010 Code § 1-32)
