4-3-12: CONTAGIOUS DISEASE REFUSE:

The removal of clothing and bedding from homes or other places where highly infectious or contagious diseases have appeared shall be performed under supervision and direction of the County Health Department. Such clothing and bedding shall not be placed in garbage containers for collection. (2010 Code § 9-13; amd. 2012 Code)
