Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an offense against the city and, upon a conviction thereof, may be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. (2010 Code § 1-50.6; amd. 2012 Code)
