4-2-5: NOTIFICATION OF OPEN BURN:
The owner, or the agent of the owner, of the land upon which any open burning is to take place must give oral notification to the city dispatch on the day of the burning. In addition, it is recommended that owners notify all neighbors in advance of the burning. (2010 Code § 1-50.5)
