Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter or of any ordinance, code or standard adopted by reference by this chapter, or maintains or permits to continue any "public nuisance", as defined by this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (2010 Code § 11-18; amd. 2012 Code)
