A. Obnoxious Weeds Prohibited; Public Nuisances: It is unlawful for the owner, tenants or person in charge of a lot, tract or parcel of land, whether vacant or not, to permit an obnoxious growth of weeds, grass or other vegetation thereon. (2010 Code § 11-11)
B. Abandoned Iceboxes, Refrigerators: It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave in a place accessible to children any abandoned or discarded icebox, refrigerator or other container which has an airtight door with a lock or other fastening device which cannot be easily released for opening from the inside of the icebox, refrigerator or container, without first removing the door, lock or fastener. (2010 Code § 11-12)
C. Potable Water: All premises intended for human habitation or occupancy shall be provided with potable water. (2010 Code § 11-14)
D. Nonpotable Water: Nonpotable water may be used for flushing water closets and urinals and other purposes not requiring potable water; provided, that such water shall not be accessible for drinking or culinary purposes. (2010 Code § 11-15)
E. Surface Drainage: No opening shall be provided in any waste pipe in any building, or upon any premises, for the purpose of receiving the surface drainage. (2010 Code § 11-17)
