3-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the following meanings, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
   SMALL BUSINESS: Businesses operating from a trailer or portable structure that will remain in place for an undetermined period of time. (Ord. 401, 5-14-2013)
