3-3-14: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (2010 Code § 5-25; amd. 2012 Code)
