3-3-11: ORDERS TO BE TAKEN IN WRITING:
Orders taken by solicitors or canvassers shall be in writing, in duplicate, stating the terms thereof and the amount paid in advance. One copy shall be given to the purchaser. (2010 Code § 5-3)
