3-2-15: INTOXICATED PERSONS; GAMBLING; DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
It is unlawful for the owner, manager or operator of a place where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises to sell or otherwise furnish such beverage to an intoxicated person or to permit an intoxicated person to remain or loiter therein. (Ord. 469, 9-11-2018)
