§ 97.23 OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.

This subchapter is intended to complement the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act, M.S. §§ 144.411 through 144.417, as it may be amended from time to time. Nothing in this subchapter authorizes smoking or the use of an electronic delivery device in any location that is regulated by other applicable laws or regulations.
