The Fire Chief may establish rules and regulations for the placement and maintenance of emergency responders repository units within the City, including approved types of emergency responders repository units. Proposed rules and regulations will be submitted to the City Council and filed with the City Manager and shall become effective immediately after submission to the City Council.
