§ 51.100 UNUSED SEPTIC TANKS, CESSPOOLS, AND THE LIKE.
   Unused septic tanks, cesspools, leaching pits, and similar devices and structures shall be backfilled or made safe and unuseable in a manner acceptable to the city.
