§ 118.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person or operator to drive or operate a taxicab or personal transportation vehicle without a license issued by the City of Perham for the vehicle to be operated as a taxicab or personal transportation vehicle. The owner, operator and driver are equally culpable and may be charged criminally under this chapter.
