§ 51.095 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to engage in the work or business of installing private sewer service lines and appurtenances for others without a license issued by the State Board of Health.

(B) Any person desiring to engage in such work shall show evidence of the state license before engaging in such work.
