In the maintaining of these interceptors, the owner(s) shall be responsible for the proper removal and disposal of the captured materials by appropriate means and shall maintain a record of dates and means of disposal which are subject to review by the authorized city representatives. Any removal and hauling of the collecting materials not performed by the owners personnel must be performed by a currently licensed waste disposal firm.
