§ 116.99 PENALTY.

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Any person violating a provision of this chapter, upon conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a sexually oriented business so operates is a separate offense or violation.
