Sexually oriented businesses are permitted uses in the I, Industrial Zoning District, subject to the following requirements:
(A) A sexually oriented business shall not be allowed within 500 feet measured in a straight line from the building or edge of leased building space to another existing adult use.
(B) A sexually oriented business shall not be located within 500 feet measured in a straight line from the building or edge of leased building space to the property line of any residentially zoned property.
(C) A sexually oriented business shall not be located within 500 feet measured in a straight line from the building or edge of leased building space to the property line of any existing school, place of worship, library, daycare facility, park, or playground.
(D) A sexually oriented business shall not be located within 500 feet measured in a straight line from the building or edge of leased building space to the property line of any city-owned park and recreational property.
