Safety Zone B is all that land in that portion of the Approach Zones of a runway, as defined in § 152.39, which extends outward from Safety Zone A as described below for Runway 13 and a distance equal to one-third of the planned length of the runway for Runways 9, 27, and 31, which distance shall be:
(A) One-thousand three-hundred sixty-seven feet for runway 31;
(B) Eight-hundred thirty-three feet for runway 9/27; and
(C) For runway 13, as shown on the Airport Zoning Plan and as described as follows: that part of the southwest quarter and that part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter in Section 10, and that part of the north half of the northwest quarter in Section 15, all in Township 136 North, Range 39 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows: commencing at a found iron monument at the northwest corner of said Section 10; thence south 01 degree 39 minutes 03 seconds west 2665.57 feet on an assumed bearing along the west line of said Section 10 to a found iron monument at the west quarter corner of said Section 10; thence north 89 degrees 26 minutes 49 seconds west 974.47 feet to Runway Station 0+41.0 according to the Airport Plan on file in the office of the City Manager; thence south 48 degrees 42 minutes 49 seconds east 200.00 feet; thence south 31 degrees 17 minutes 11 seconds west 250.00 feet; thence south 40 degrees 10 minutes 58 seconds east 3264.17 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing south 40 degrees 10 minutes 58 seconds east 881.70 feet; thence north 41 degrees 17 minutes 11 seconds east 1730.00 feet; thence north 57 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds west 2461.98 feet to an iron monument; thence south 40 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds west 329.96 feet to a found iron monument; thence south 49 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds east 1545.79 feet; thence south 40 degrees 29 minutes 56 seconds west 921.93 feet to the point of beginning.
