All recyclables shall be set at curbside on the times and dates as prescribed from time to time by resolution of the City Council. The city shall provide written notice, whether by newspaper or otherwise, of the dates and times of pick up for recyclables to be collected by the contractor. All reusable containers must be removed from the curbside as soon as possible after pick up.
