§ 95.04 USE OF PROPER RECEPTACLES REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any human excreta, sewage, trash, litter, mixed municipal waste or other refuse except in designated facilities or containers properly licensed or placed in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
