§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Separate offenses. Each day a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this chapter.
   (B)   Misdemeanor. Unless otherwise provided, violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine as set forth in § 10.99 or imprisonment for up to 90 days.
   (C)   Violations of §§ 93.15 through 93.20, 93.33, 93.35, and 93.36 are petty misdemeanors punishable by a fine as set forth in § 10.99.
