§ 92.65 PERMIT PROCESS FOR OPEN BURNING.

(A) The completed open burning permit application shall be referred to the Fire Chief, or Assistant Fire Chief who shall schedule a site inspection to locate the proposed burn site, note special conditions, and set dates and time of permitted burn and review fire safety considerations. The Fire Chief or Assistant Fire Chief shall submit such information to the City Council.

(B) The permit must be approved by the City Council.
