§ 92.64 PERMIT APPLICATION FOR OPEN BURNING; APPLICATION FEES.
   (A)   Open burning permits shall be obtained by making application on a form prescribed the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and adopted by the Fire Chief. The permit application shall be referred to the Fire Chief, and Assistant Fire Chiefs for review.
   (B)   An application open burning shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount established by ordinance as may be amended from time to time.
