§ 30.20 PURPOSE; LEGAL AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to authorize the counting of all absentee ballots cast in the city by the county-wide Absentee Ballot Counting Board established by Otter Tail County.
   (B)   Legal Authority. This subchapter is enacted pursuant to M.S. § 203B.13, as it may be amended from time to time.
