§ 90.26 GRADE OF SIDEWALK.
   The grade of all sidewalks shall provide for drainage to adjoining streets and shall be approved by the Public Works Supervisor prior to installation. The Public Works Supervisor shall not approve or accept sidewalks installed lower than the finished grade of the center line of the adjoining street without specific approval of the City Council.
