§ 90.10 WILLFULLY INJURING OR DEFACING CITY PROPERTY.

No person shall in any manner willfully injure or deface any sidewalk, street light, curb, gutter, pavement, crosswalk, street surface, street, sign, post, or any post or pole being erected or being in any of the streets of the city under and pursuant to any of the ordinances of the city.
