§ 30.01 APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   The Park Board shall consist of seven members. One of the members shall be a member of the Council appointed on an annual basis at the Council’s first meeting in January. One member shall be a Board member of the Perham Area Community Center appointed on an annual basis at the PACC first annual meeting in January. The remaining five members shall be appointed from the public with the requirement that only two of the five remaining members may be noncity residents. If at all possible, one of the five remaining members will be a member of the City Planning Commission and one member with a background in landscaping and horticulture. The three remaining members will be from the general public.
   (B)   Initially, three members will be appointed for three year terms each and two for two year terms each with terms ending December 31. The first members appointed will serve until December 31 of the year their term ends. After the first three year terms expire, all appointments will be for a two year term.
