The Department of Public Works is further authorized to post no parking signs for snow removal on public streets or parking areas in the City where snow hauling or removal activities will take place. Such signs shall be posted at frequent intervals at least six hours prior to the time where snow removal activities will commence. No person shall permit a vehicle to stand on any streets or parking areas more than two hours after such signs are posted. It shall be unlawful for any person other than an authorized representative of the Public Works Director or City Police Department to remove such signs.
