§ 72.30 IMPOUNDMENT.
   Any police officer may have any vehicle parked in violation of this subchapter removed from city streets to a place of safety. Such vehicles shall not be released until the fees for towing and storage are paid. Such fees shall be in addition to any fines or other penalty imposed for violation of this subchapter.
