It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on the following described streets or portions of streets in the City for a period of time to exceed two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any week day.
(A) On Main Street from Second Avenue Southeast to Second Avenue Southwest on both sides of the street.
(B) On Second Avenue Southeast, First Avenue South and Second Avenue Southwest from Main Street to Second Street South, both sides.
(C) On Second Avenue Northeast, First Avenue North, Second Avenue Northeast and Third Avenue Northwest from the Railroad right-of-way to Main Street, both sides.
(D) On Second Street South from Second Avenue Southeast to Second Avenue Southwest.
