§ 71.04 RIDING ON OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to permit any person to ride on the running board, hood, top, or fenders, doors, on the top of the seat-back or any other part of a motor vehicle except designated seating areas equipped with such personnel safety restraints as may be required by law.
