The regulatory provisions of M.S. Chapters 168, 169, and 171, as amended, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets, alleys, and other lands within the city and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this chapter as completely as if set out here in full.
