(a) No person shall take a dog into any store or other place where food products are manufactured, prepared, stored or kept for sale, except a dog used as a guide for a blind, deaf or mobility impaired person.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
