(a) No person shall take any beer or intoxicating liquor into or upon any Municipal property, park, public building, bath house, public school property or other place where the public is permitted to assemble in the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
