(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle to collect, transport or transfer solid waste, hazardous waste or infectious waste, as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day on weekdays, after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, or at any time on Sunday.
(b) Upon application, the Chief of Police may grant a permit excepting the applicant from the provisions of this section if compliance with such provisions would result in a hardship.
