1640.04 MATERIALS FOR TANKS AND CYLINDERS.

When any fuel oil or liquefied petroleum gas storage tank or cylinder or any other type of fuel storage tank or cylinder is located in an enclosure attached to the rear or made a part of any building or structure, such enclosure shall be of masonry, wood frame, lattice or trellis and shall be shown on the plans and specifications for any such building or structure when an application for a building permit is made.
