1530.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Pepper Pike shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Pepper Pike may contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
