(a) All development areas may be subject to external inspections by City of Pepper Pike to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3. All costs associated with such inspections shall be the responsibility of the owner and will be deducted from the fee reserve balance posted with the finance department.
(b) After each external inspection, City of Pepper Pike shall prepare and distribute a status report to the owner.
(c) If an external inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3 or Abbreviated SWP3, the City of Pepper Pike may take action as detailed in Section 1520.14 of this regulation.
