No lights shall illuminate any tennis court or any other hard-surfaced playing areas for games or sports unless such court or playing area is at least 150 feet from any lot line of adjacent property located in a U-1 District and unless such lights conform with Section 1274.03 (Spotlights and Floodlights). No lights illuminating a hard-surfaced playing area shall be illuminated after 10:00 p.m. local time.
