Lights used to illuminate any pool shall be so arranged and shaded as to reflect light away from adjoining premises and public streets. No lights shall illuminate any swimming pool unless such swimming pool is at least 150 feet from any lot line of adjacent property located in a U-1 Use District and unless such lights conform with Section 1274.03 (Spotlights and Floodlights). No lights illuminating a swimming pool shall be illuminated after 10:00 p.m. local time.
